“အိႏၵိယက စာေမးပြဲ စနစ္ပဲရွိတာပါ၊ ပညာေရးစနစ္ မရွိပါဘူး။”

 

ကမၻာ႔ အေစာဆံုး နာလႏၵာတကၠသိုလ္လို ပညာသင္ၾကားရာဌာနမ်ား ေပၚထြန္းခဲ႔တဲ႔ လူအဖြဲ႔အစည္း လြတ္လပ္ေရးရၿပီးေနာက္ပိုင္း ပညာေရးကို အဓိကမ႑ိဳင္အၿဖစ္က်င့္သံုးခဲ႔တဲ႔နိုင္ငံ လက္ရွိမွာလည္း နိုင္ငံတကာအဆင့္မွီ ပညာေရးေတြကို ၿဖန္႔ခ်ီရာဌာနမ်ားစြာရွိေနတဲ႔ ေနရာၾကီးတစ္ခု ဒီလိုရည္ညြန္းလိုက္တာဟာ Ironic Status တစ္ခုလား သံသယဝင္စရာပါ။ ဒါေပမယ္႔ C N R Rao ဆိုတဲ႔ အိႏၵိယဝန္ၾကီးခ်ဳပ္ရဲ႕ အၾကံေပးအရာရွိက ဒီစကားကို တကယ္ေၿပာေနတာပါ။ သူကဆက္ၿပီးေတာ႔

 

“က်ြန္ေတာ္တို႔ လူငယ္ေတြ ဘယ္ေတာ႔မ်ားမွ ဒီစာေမးပြဲ ေၿဖတာေတြရပ္ၿပီး တၿခားတန္ဖိုးရွိတာ တစ္ခုခုလုပ္ၾကမလဲမသိဘူး။”

ကိုးကြယ္မွဳ ႏွင့္ ဘုရားဂုဏ္ေတာ္

ကိုးကြယ္မွုဟာ ဗုဒၶက်မ္းဂန္ေတြအရ အေၾကာက္တရားကေန စတင္တယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ လူသမိုင္း ဘယ္ေခတ္ေလာက္ကလို႔ အတိအက်ေတာ႔ မေၿပာနိုင္ေပမယ့္ သမိုင္းပညာရွင္ေတြ မႏုႆေဗဒ ပညာရွင္ေတြရဲ႕ မွန္းဆခ်က္ေတြေတာ႔ရွိပါတယ္။ ေရဒီယိုကာဗြန္ တြက္ခ်က္ေရးပညာေပၚလာေပမယ့္ ရုပ္ထုကိုးကြယ္မွဳ အေစာပိုင္းကစတင္ၿပီးေတာ႔သာ ေလ႔လာနုိင္ၿပီးေတာ႔ ရုပ္ထုမေပၚခင္ ကိုးကြယ္မွု အေၾကာင္းေတာ႔ မေၿပာနိုင္ပါဘူး။ ယူဆနိုင္တာက သဘာဝေဘးဆိုးၾကီုေတြကို ၾကိမ္ဖန္မ်ားစြာ ၾကံုေတြရၿပီးတဲ႔ေနာက္ပိုင္း   ေၾကာက္ရြွံတုန္လွဳပ္ေနၾကတဲ့ ကမၻာဦးလူသားေတြအေနနဲ႔ ကိုးကြယ္မွုလမ္းေၾကာင္း ေပၚမေရာက္ခင္ထိ ရာစုႏွစ္ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား အခ်ိန္ယူခဲ႔ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။

ဗုဒၶဝါဒ ႏွင့္ လူမႈေရး

(Sri Lanka မွ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ ရဟန္းေတာ္ Dr Walpola Rahula ရဲ႕ The Heritage of the Bhikkhu စာအုပ္ပါ Buddhism and Social Service ကို ဘာသာၿပန္ဆိုပါတယ္။ ၿမန္မာနိုင္ငံရဲ႕ လက္ရွိ အေၿခအေနနဲ႔ နီးစပ္တယ္ ထင္လို႔ပါ။ Dr Walpola Rahula ကိုေတာ့ သူ႔ရဲ႕ ကမၻာေက်ာ္ What the Buddha taught ေၾကာင့္ ေကာင္းေကာင္းသိၾကမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။)

ဗုဒၶဝါဒက အမ်ားေကာင္းစားေရးမွာ အေၿခတည္ပါတယ္။ ေဂါတမ ဗုဒၶရယ္လို႔ ပြင့္ေတာ္မူမယ့္ ဘုရားေလာင္းသုေမဓာရွင္ရေသ့ဟာ ဒီပကၤရာ ၿမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္ရဲ႕ေၿခေတာ္ရင္းမွာ သူ႔အတြက္ရယူနိုင္ေနတဲ့ နိဗၺာန္ကို စြန္႔လြတ္ၿပီးေတာ႔ ေလာကသားသတၱဝါေတြကို ကယ္တင္ဖို႔ သံသရာမွာ ဆက္ၿပီးလည္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ဘုရားေလာင္းေတာ္ဟာ သူတပါးေတြရဲ႕ နိွဗၺာန္အလို႔ငွါ မိမိရဲ႕ နိဗၺာန္ကိုစြန္႔လြတ္ၿပီးေတာ့ သံသရာဆင္းရဲ႕ကိုယူခဲ့တယ္။စစ္မွန္တဲ့ ဗုဒၶဝါဒီေတြဟာလည္း တပါးသူေတြအၿငိမ္းဓါတ္အတြက္ မိမိကိုယ္ပိုင္နိဗၺာန္ကို စေတးနိုင္ေလာက္တဲ့ စိတ္ဓါတ္ခြန္အားရွိသင့္ပါတယ္။

A Challenge to Traditional Concept of Ethics

We can say that it is a true nature to getting a risk for someone who has done or doing a challenge to one or more of traditional concepts among people, because those concepts have been absorbed in their heart for long time. If they have no brave enough for some or any reasons, it seems to me that they will enjoy holding their own views until they die. But the world developing in every single field never stops, ever changing and challenging as well ever occurs time to time in our society.

Apiyehi Sampayogo Dukkho

“Apiyehi Sampayogo Dukkho”

This is a piece of expression about suffering, one of four noble truths, from Dhammacakkapavatta Sutta. You could have noticed that during her Europe tour, while giving Noble lecture to the world, Aung San Suu Kyi referenced it to show about how deeply she got understood Buddha’s First discourse through her house arrest experience.

I won’t go here to discuss this idea of what I quote from religious side because I do believe that Buddha didn’t talk this expression to be realized by spiritual progress. Strictly speaking to the point, because the meaning of that Pali is that it is unpleasant or unhappiness if one or ones have got association with unlike one or ones, thinking on our experiences, we have already known how uneasiness we feel in some degree, when we be along with inappropriate behaviour persons.

Need To Talk

I need to talk to you.

We need to talk.

I often use these expressions to talk to my friends or others, whenever it is really necessary to talk with them. Sound serious? Yes, it does. And then, as well as formal.

However, here what I wanted to refer by that title ” NEED TO TALK” is neither serious nor formal but just encouragement to people to talk or to share their experiences, whether good or bad, to be opened up their mind. What if we think of it like our old breath in the condition of  as long as you hold it, you can’t make another fresh breath?
